Adjacent basement room has couch, microwave, mini fridge, kettle. TV without cable. Capacity: 1 Rates: 245.00 Weekly / 980.00 Monthly House Rules: No unregistered guests are allowed. Check in is between 6:00pm and 8:00pm. (Some exceptions can be made) No smoking is allowed in my home or on the property. This is a drug/alcohol free home. No Noise after 10 pm and before 8am.
