Accommodation by the Lake

Enjoy the best of downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario’s waterfront. I am a professional designer and I live in a comfortable home close to downtown and only steps to a resort like waterfront. A TTC Streetcar stops at the corner every few minutes to quickly take passengers directly to the subway or anywhere you need to travel in the GTA. The neighbourhood is charming and safe with century homes on tree lined streets. Shopping, open markets, restaurants, cafes, and community/fitness centres, are all within walking distance. There is also an easy access to the waterfront boardwalk, seasonal swimming, and several spectacular parks. Included in your stay is a continental breakfast and unlimited WiFi. Room(s): 1. Single Room (The Guest Room) with Shared bathroom This is a spacious private room with a large south facing window overlooking the lake. It has a comfortable single bed, a cozy feather duvet, a private closet and dresser, WiFi, and a large work/study area. The bathroom is shared with only 1 person. Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1110.00 Monthly House Rules: Please be respectful toward me and my home during your stay just as you would want for yourself and your home. Feel free to use the kitchen for light meal preparation but please clean up after yourself. A continental breakfast is included with your booking. If you are interested in a meal plan, I have been told I am an excellent cook. :) I anticipate that you have an active lifestyle and that throughout the day you will be busy attending class or exploring our spectacular city!
