Sweet home in North Surrey

Hi, my name is Vicky. We have a sweet family located in Fleetwood neighborhood (near Guildford Mall) in North Surrey. Our family is small including me, my son and another homestay family. I am a piano teacher and the kids are high school students. We live in a nice house which can provide everything which home stay students need. We have two second floor bedrooms available, I am looking for long-term (at least one academic year) high school/university students to living with us. Single Room (second floor bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: I need a boy guest since another second floor bedroom is booked for a boy already. Two boys share one big bathroom will be more convenient. House rules: quite time from 11 pm to 7 am; cannot do sleepover; cigarettes, weed, drugs, alcohol are forbidden in this house; weekly room cleaning check by owner.
