Our home is located in an upscale safe neighborhood called Sullivan Heights. We are a down to earth couple with a small adorable pug. We are recent empty nesters so we have plenty of space to share. We like going to the beaches weather permitting or hanging out by our pond. My husband works full time and we are up by 6 am in the morning. Students are welcome and transit is only a 5 minute walk down the street. Work or study peacefully in this serene space. FEMALE only guests at this time. 10 min car drive/30 min bus drive to the Kwantlen Polytechnic University. 15 min car drive/35 min bus drive to the Simon Fraser University 15 min car drive/35 min bus drive to the Kwantlen Polytechnic University (Civic Plaza Campus)
