Surrey - 4 minutes drive to Simon Fraser University

We have 2 private furnished bedrooms. The bathroom/shower is shared between the two rooms only. Basically, a semi-private. We are 1 minute to the bus stop and 25 minutes walk to King George Skytrain Station. Short distance to Simon Fraser University; 5 minutes by car or 12 minutes by bus. As for King George International College, 5mins by car or 16mins by bus. Library and shopping center are close by too. We offer 2 meals; breakfast and dinner at $700 Canadian dollar per month. If you prefer to cook your own food, you are welcome and pay $600 Canadian per month. It is negotiable. Desk, private TV (Cable), and access to high speed internet included. Local call and as well long distance call to anywhere in North America (Canada and United State) is included with minor limitation. If you wish to bring friends over on the weekend, they are welcome. Dialects are English, Spanish, French and very little mandarin. Finally, we are a family of four with 2 children (5 and 10) and our background are Malaysian and Spanish.
