Single Rooms Available for Homestay Students - $600/mo. (Female only)

We are a small Filipino family of three. We have a clean house and a big yard in Surrey BC. We are very family-oriented and held family gatherings once in a while. We value respect for other people and their privacy. We’re easy to talk to and build relationship in the long run. We are only 35 min from Downtown Vancouver. Our house is close to a bus stop and just a 10 mins. ride to the Surrey Central/King George or Scott Rd Skytrain station. Our house is walking distance to all amenities (banks/grocery store/medical/dental clinic,etc.) Located centrally between Surrey and Delta area. School facilities that are close to our area is King George International College, Simon Fraser University by Central City Mall and close to North Surrey Recreation Centre. We have two single bedrooms available for rent. Open for homestay students/international students. We prefer to have homestay students in the age group of 17-23 yrs. old and renters that is totally responsible of themselves. We prefer females only for our renters. The accommodation has no meals provided but if you prefer to have meals prepared, we can come up with a different arrangement with an additional charge on top of the monthly rent. For Homestay Students - $600/month (no meals) we require a security deposit (half of the monthly rent) - Private room (single occupancy) - nice & cozy - Free internet (Wi-fi) - Free Cable service - Free Utilities (heat & hot water) - Free laundry (scheduled times) - Full bath (will be shared by you and the other student/renter) - Shared kitchen - We can provide the furniture or you can provide your own (the rooms are totally vacant) We don’t allow smoking, use of drugs, drinking and parties in the house.
