New house for international student

The new luxury house is located in the central area of South Surrey/White Rock. The community has a quiet and elegant environment, clean and safe, and convenient transportation. Close to the famous Southridge, Semiahmoo, Elgin Park, and Earl Marriott schools. The owner and his wife are open-minded and easy to get along with. He is good at cooking, eats all North and South cuisines, and is caring for children. There is a grade 9 boy in the family (used to speak English, and can basically communicate in Chinese and French). We are now recruiting boarding students who love to be clean, honest and simple, and have good habits. There are two rooms with shared bathroom single room and independent bathroom suites to choose from. All rooms are equipped with cloakrooms, high-end Oueen size beds, complete desks, chairs, and bookcases, washing and drying clothes, high-speed Internet access, including meals, fruits, milk, and healthy snacks (the shuttle service to and from school is also available).
