Musical home near transit

My husband, Ray, and myself live in a older home on a larger lot in Surrey, Greater Vancouver, BC. We are near to transit to White Rock beach, shopping, an urban forest, or downtown Vancouver. COVID UPDATE: Our bedrooms share washroom facilities, so we are NOT available for self quarantine situations. We do NOT have self contained suites. We have two friendly sweet cats, and a medium sized mixed breed dog named Skippy. I teach Piano from my home studio and we all love to garden. I also really enjoy baking so there will be homemade treats upon occasion, such as rhubarb crisp or muffins for breakfast. On sunny days its nice to sit out on our deck and enjoy your breakfast, tea or coffee. We are a 5 minute walk from transit going several directions and Greater Vancouver is a beautiful place to explore whether you are looking for shopping, hiking, parasailing, canoeing or dancing. Room(s): 1. Single Room (North bedroom) with Shared bathroom This is a smallish bedroom with a comfortable single bed and a large north facing window so it has good natural light but isn't hot even in summer. Capacity: 1 Rates: 175.00 Weekly / 670.00 Monthly House Rules: We are a family that composts, recycles and cares about the environment. We ask our guests to separate their recyclables from the garbage as well. Please do not invite strangers into our home without consulting with us. Please contact us if you will be arriving at the house after 10:30 pm. Please ask before beginning a shower or bath. Payment: 25% payment is required in advance via eTransfer (or PayPal if outside Canada). The balance is required upon arrival by cash or etransfer. (However, long term visitors may pay monthly, rather than upfront, as long as Last month’s payment is received in advance.) Additional Info: We speak only English and are willing and able to help you if you are here to study English as a Second language. You are welcome to play the piano when I am not teaching, and you are welcome to borrow the keyboard.
