Our home is located north of Surrey in a quiet neighborhood. It was built in year 2004 and very well maintained. It is a 7 bedroom house. Each rooms are large and has desks, chair, and comfortable bed. We have 3 rooms available for homestay. Please contact us if you are interested. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom This room is a medium sized room on the second floor. It's south-facing and has a walk in closet. Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (room 2) with Shared bathroom This room is a medium sized room west-facing. It has a large window and a huge closet for clothes/luggage. Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Private Room ) with Shared bathroom This room is cool (temperature), shaded and is private. It has a good size closet and hard wood floor Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: no other guests no indoor smoking no pets allowed no drug use no loud noises I do require advanced payment to reserve the room and this can be made via etransfer or by visa payment. Additional Info: $850 per month with 2 meals included (breakfast and dinner) Local Amenities: Gym, Swimming, Library, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Cinema, Amusement Park, Restaurant, Local Train Station
