Our house is located in Surrey, BC, in a beautiful, decent neighbourhood. There is a bus-stop just 2-minutes away. Bus #335 takes you to Guildford exchange, Newton exchange, and the Skytrain stations. We welcome guests upon arrival and show them how to get around. We will provide you with the care and comfort you need during your stay with us. You will like our simplicity and warm hospitality at all times. Close to our house there are recreation centres, libraries, and shopping malls. Guildford Town Centre is one of the biggest shopping centres in Surrey and includes a large food court. The area is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants. We have lived in Surrey, BC for over 28 years, and will be able to guide you with interesting facts about BC. We are a multi-cultural family, welcoming, helpful, and can provide you with lots of information as you need. Additional Info: Internet access, heating and air conditioning is also provided. There is a washing machine and a dryer too. There will be additional charges for laundry per load ($5.00 for both washer & dryer use). Room(s): 1. Single Room ( Bedroom facing East) with Ensuite bathroom This comfortable bedroom is on the first floor facing East, overlooking greenery in the back yard. Perfect for 1 person. Warm & cosy. You will simply love the warmth. Capacity: 1 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Single Room ( Bedroom facing West) with Ensuite bathroom This room is a large comfortable room for 1 person. It is on the 1st floor of the house, facing west with a large window. You can view the beautiful sunset and our colorful garden. It is unique in its own way and you will just love it. Capacity: 1 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please enjoy your stay and treat the house as you would treat your own home. Our house/the room is a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING/ NO DRUGS property. Anyone found smoking in the room will be penalized with a $250 fine. On arrival be prepared to show a piece of valid government photo ID Report to your host family if you are not feeling well Wash hands frequently and sanitize Leave the bathroom/toilet the way you would like it to be when you want to use it. Do not play loud music after 9:00 pm on working days. Let us know your return time if you are going to be out for the evening Do not invite strangers into our home.
