Payment Method: Please note that I require my guests to pay 20% of the booking total to me ( maximum of $200) 30 days prior to arrival to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: I ask my guests to give me at least 10 days’ notice for any cancellation.
