Shared bathroom with one other female student. 5 minutes to transit. One of two brightly, well furnished private bedroom(s) situated in quiet neighbourhood. *Homestay/College/University, international student or full-time worker. Transit close by to access SFU/KPU and US Border. Within 5 minutes walking to transit, shopping and all needed amenities, Dr. & Dentist offices, grocery store, drug stores, banks, coffee shops, fast food, YMCA, parks, walking trails. Many parks within walking distance. 20 minutes away from beaches.
