Beach and Waterfront Trail Home

My home is spacious yet cozy in a beach community and is shared with my two small dogs, non-shedding). Pets are welcome. While it is a very pet friendly home, there is the expectation that if you bring your pet, you will be the primary caregiver for your pet. An above ground outdoor swimming pool is available from June to September and a large fenced yard. The beach, woods, waterfront trail (good for biking, hiking, walking) are mere steps away. Bus stop at the door. Laundry on-site. My home has several options for guests; there is a main floor bedroom available just off the family room which has an adjoining kitchenette and bathroom which can be enjoyed as a private suite or as a bedroom only rental with shared facilities; as well there is a second storey bedroom available with shared facilities. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Upper Back - large window, LARGE closets) with Shared bathroom This is a double room suitable for 1 person overlooking the backyard and pool. A large double closet provides ample storage for clothing; additional half height closet for additional storage in room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 370.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Pets are not to be out of yard without being leashed. Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you like to have a friend over just agree it with me in advance.
