I have a 2 Bedroom condo and looking for a quiet international female guest. It has a a spacious living room with dining area and an eat-in kitchen. Room is fairly big with a closet and new flooring. Bathroom and kitchen have been upgraded. No pets are allowed. Easy access to public transit and 10 minutes by bus to Seneca college (Finch/Don Mills) and 20 minutes to Finch station. I am a professional who enjoys great conversation and meeting new people. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom This room is for 1 person or two persons. It is on the 11th floor facing south with lots of light. You can see the CN tower on clear days. $40/per night/per person, Additional $20 for extra person. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No drugs, No visitors allowed, Must quiet down by 10 p.m., keep room clean, no eating in the bedroom, must agree on scheduled use of bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities.
