Cozy bedroom for rent (students)

Thank you for your interest in my Homestay! My name is Ignacia and my husbands name is Roger. We are experienced hosts and have rented some of our rooms since 2018. We enjoy eating diverse foods, travelling, and meeting new people. We are a senior couple and recently became empty nesters (our two kids have moved out). We do not have any pets and like to keep our home clean and tidy. I work full time and my husband is retired. He is usually home while I am home in the evenings. I am very social and enjoy getting to know my students during their stay. I sometimes treat them like my own children. It's the motherly instinct in me! Due to the high demand location of our home, our renters are usually students attending University of Toronto Scarborough or Centennial College Scarborough campus. We currently have two friendly, clean and respectful students (one female and one male) currently living with us long term (until end of 2023). We have one large bedroom available for long term rent. We are looking for a friendly and clean student in need of a long term rental (minimum one semester or 4 months). If this sounds like you, please contact me! Thank you, Ignacia and Roger Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room for Rent) with Shared bathroom Room located on the second floor of our home. The room has a queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, a desk, an office chair, and a closet. Shared bathroom with two other adult students on the same floor. Minimum 2 months stay Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: Our house rules: - Feel free to use the kitchen or common areas, but please clean up after yourself. - Smoking not allowed indoors. Outdoors only. - Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. - The washroom on the second floor will be shared with up to two other students renting the rooms. Please be mindful of others and clean up after yourself. - In an effort to respect all housemates and their possible allergies or preferences, we do not allow any pets in the house. - Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, please ask us first. - Please keep quiet after 10pm. - Please respect our home. We want you and all other renters to feel comfortable. Treat our home as your own for the duration of your stay.
