We are a friendly family of 3 offering a comfortable and well-maintained homestay in a very convenient and safe Richmond location. Guests can choose between a private ground-floor suite with separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom, or a bright upstairs room with a large garden-facing window and shared facilities. We work from home, so we are available to ensure a smooth, clean, and comfortable stay. Our home is ideally located close to bus stops, SkyTrain, grocery stores, and daily essentials, with easy access to downtown Vancouver and only 7 minutes to YVR Airport. A great choice for international students, visitors, and World Cup guests looking for comfort, convenience, and good value. Room(s): 1. Family Room (Ground floor Bedroom Suite) with Private bathroom This suite features a spacious double room with two large windows, ideal for a couple. Situated on the ground floor, it offers a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Capacity: 4 Rates: 630.00 Weekly / 1650.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (2nd Floor Bedroom #1) with Shared bathroom This is a double room (115 sqft) with a Queen bed on the 2nd floor. It has lots of sunlight with a great view of the garden. Shared bathroom on the same floor and shared kitchen with the host family on the ground floor. Capacity: 2 Rates: 420.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (2nd floor Bedroom #2) with Shared bathroom This is a double room (115 sqft) with a single bed on the 2nd floor. It has lots of sunlight with a great view of the garden. Shared bathroom on the same floor and shared kitchen with the host family on the ground floor. Capacity: 1 Rates: 364.00 Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly House Rules: Welcome to Our Homestay! We’re delighted to have you here and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Here are a few simple guidelines: Check-in & Check-out • Check-in: After 3:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM • If you’d like to arrive earlier or leave later, please let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on availability. Payment • To confirm your booking, we ask for a 25% deposit (in addition to the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). Cancellations • If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 7 days before check-in for a refund. • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. ID for Check-in • Once your booking is confirmed, please email us a copy of your government photo ID (passport or driver’s licence). • Please bring the original with you to show at check-in. Security Deposit • A refundable security/damage deposit is required. Please contact us for details.
