Double Room (Ground floor Bedroom Suite) with Private bathroom This suite features a spacious double room with two large windows, ideal for a couple. Situated on the ground floor, it offers a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (2nd Floor Bedroom) with Shared bathroom This is a double room (115 sqft) on the 2nd floor. It has lots of sunlight with a great view of the garden. Shared bathroom on the same floor and shared kitchen with the host family on the ground floor. Capacity: 2 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 990.00 Monthly House Rules: Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation.
