Private Rooms - Females Only

I am happy to host female students or female professionals. I prefer to rent on a long-term basis. The closest intersection is King Side Road and Bathurst Street in Richmond Hill. The house is within a 10-minute drive to Seneca College's King Campus. I have two private rooms (one includes an ensuite and one includes a shared washroom) which I am renting seperately. I provide bed linens, towels and soap (no other toiletries). Important to note: Only the main entry door is shared (no other parts of the house are shared and so, there is no access or use of a kitchen). If laundry services are needed, weekly use can be scheduled for an additional fee per load (which includes use of appliances, utility costs and detergent). I also have a fully furnished private basement apartment with locked door. Includes full kitchen, laundry, washroom, bedroom and living room. Space is open concept. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: There is no shared space in the house except for the entry door. Use of the laundry room on the main floor is available at an additional cost of $10 per load. No others are allowed in the rented space. There is no loud music or parties.
