My husband and I are both middle age professional couple, we own a 4-bedroom house in Oakville of Toronto with peaceful neighbourhood and beautiful environment. Now we are planning to host international students or visitors, 12 years old above to be our new home members. All those basic facilities like air conditioning, heat, laundry, dishwashing and internet (Wifi) are included, plus 3 meals per day as requested for either eastern or western food, room and bathroom cleaning services are negotiable. Single Room (Rm01) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no parties, quiet and polite. Reaching home no later than 11pm.
