There are 3 bedrooms available for homestay students. Two are on the main floor.One is facing the gorgeous southern garden with 5-piece bathroom and a walk-in closet . The room includes one bed and a night stand , desk, chair, and lamp. The another is facing the east with beautiful sunshine in the morning.The room includes one bed and a night stand , a large closet, desk, chair and lamp. The bathroom is a 3-piece one.The third bedroom is in the basement with a big walk-in closet and a 3-piece bathroom.The room includes one bed and a night stand , a large closet, desk, chair and lamp.The house is located on the Eighth Line facing the Glenashton Park.The transportation is very convenient. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Iroquois Ridge High School and 5 minutes to walk to the community center, library, indoor swimming pool, gym, bank, walk-in clinic and shopping mall. The house is also close to school bus and public bus stations that go to White Oaks Secondary School, Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School, St. Ignatius of Loyola Secondary School and Sheridan College. Including 3 meals a day , laundry and unlimited Wi-Fi are provided. The monthly fee is 1500 Canadian Dollars.Additional cost of 200 Canadian dollars for school pick-up and delivery.
