Fully Equipped House Close To All

I recently moved into this great 3 bedroom house that's in a super location (2 minute walk to the Phibbs Exchange bus loop). The path literally runs right alongside the property. Restaurants, shops, liquor store, dollar store, pubs, banks, etc. are all a 5 minute walk down the road. There is a Real Canadian Superstore for all of your grocery needs as well as a Canadian Tire across the street. It's an older house with spacious rooms and all of the charm. There is a wood burning fireplace that I use quite often and a Jacuzzi bathtub. Downtown Vancouver is a 15 minute bus ride. If your flying into Vancouver International Airport I also provide a car pick up service (I drive for you) for a small fee. This is a nice quiet neighbourhood with excellent neighbours and all of the benefits of living in fantastic North Vancouver. I have been told that I am a friendly laidback person who is organized with a fully equipped home/office should you need to scan or print something, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is high speed WiFi internet included and the signal is strong throughout the house. I just upgraded all of the equipment and it's a 1.5 Gb service (fast). You'll love it, here ! This is to ensure that there are no late cancellations. If you smoke it'll have to be outside. Also, please clean up after yourself for the consideration of others.
