Home Away from Home

Our home is a split level. Your room is on the lower level (above grade) and has a bathroom right across is the hall. The room has a small fridge and you are welcome to use the kitchen There is a beautiful sitting room on the same level. We are a retired couple who has travelled extensively and enjoy sharing experiences. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Private bathroom This bright bedroom is six steps down from the main level. The bathroom is directly across and is primarily for your use. We also have a second bedroom that will only be rented with this room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: All guest must be Covid vaccinated. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen with expectations to clean up. Quiet time in the house is from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests are welcome spend time in the family room adjacent to their bedroom, sunroom and yard. Smoking is only permitted outside for both family member and guests. Amenities: TV, Patio, Barbecue, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Laundry, Garden, Parking
