You will be living in a big three Storey house with almost 1,500 square feet upstairs alone. There are three furnished private rooms with bed, desk, dresser, and closet available. Common area includes a full kitchen, laundry room, a full bathroom, a living room with comfortable couch and fireplace. Many parking available at the back alley. Washer and dryer are available inside the house. The bigger room also has its own private powder room with sink and toilet. All utilities and high-speed internet are included. Room(s): 1. Some of the House Rules: -Occupancy per room is 1 person. The bigger room has a double bed so 2 person is negotiable. No extra guests over without prior approval. -Keep outside shoes and inside shoes separate. Check outside shoes by the front door. Wear indoor slippers -Use of kitchen and fridge is shared. -Please don’t flush anything else down the toilet, including feminine products. -Use the garbage bin available in your bathroom. -Turn off all electronics and lights when you are out. This protects against power surge with appliances when you are not home -Please clean up after yourself daily in the shared living spaces. -Laundry is 1-2 loads per week and washing detergent is not included. -Please use care and love with everything in the room and around the house. -Penalties may be applied if house rules are broken.
