Nanaimo Homestay with ESL Instructor-Fitness Studio & Classroom

Enjoy learning and living with a fun well educated ESL Instructor and two older loving cats. The home is clean bright and quiet with all the amenities for an ESL classroom. In the last few years I have also given driving lessons and fitness lessons. Included in weekly rent: large private washroom with 3 piece washroom, king sized bed, desk, chair, walk-in closet, towels, sheets, washer, dryer, healthy meals, hot dinners, 3 minute walk to bus stop, 20 to 30 minute bus ride to Vancouver Island University, hot tub, fire pit, apple tree, grape vines, large fenced yard, country setting, wireless internet, cable, and personal library. Areas of expertise: Diplomas in Theatre and Hotel and Restaurant Management, minor in Criminology, Group Fitness Instructor, Weight Lifting Trainer, Driving Instructor, Stand-up Comedian, and basically anything new I can learn and try.
