(2) In addition, we only allow simple, light cooking using Toaster, Microwave Oven and Counter Top Convection Oven. Hence we do not allow stove top cooking or stove oven cooking by the students through out the term of the lease. We have three (3) rooms available for rent. Short term, Long term or All year round. All the rooms have big window, large, bright, clean, spacious and furnished. Students must have a valid UTM Email address to receive the detail information package. In addition, applicants must be a Non-Smoker, Non-Vaper, quiet, considerate, well manner, clean and tidy student.
