Cozy and Clean Home

Clean and tidy. Updated bathrooms and bedrooms. Freshly painted and new flooring in all rooms. We have a great backyard seating area and bbq. We also have a full size basketball court in the complex, free to use. Each room has brand new bedding, new bed, and a desk. We are a kind and easy going family. We have a small dog who is friendly and loves people. There are no kids in the house. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom 1 ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2 ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: No shoes in the house. Noise to be kept to a minimum, and no loud noise after 10pm. You are responsible for cleaning up your personal space. No drugs (alcohol on occasions is ok) no pets. Message if you will be home later than 11pm. Your host is a non-smoker.
