Private room - friendly dog!

About the building: We live in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. From home as per Google maps the sky train station is walking distance 9 minutes and same for he library where you can take printouts and get a laptop on rent as well as Coquitlam Center mall (Walmart, London Drugs etc). Bus stop 189 is 4 minutes away. Douglas college Coquitlam is 21 minutes walking. In the bad weather, if I am free I can drop you off and pick up in my car but no promises. Shoppers drug mart and Save-on-foods are walking distance 11 minutes away. The Coquitlam river trails are close by. The schools nearby are Maple Creek Middle School and Westwood Elementary. Parking is available indoors and outdoors. Service Canada is 15 minutes walking distance. About the room - The private room (for female only) has a computer desk, one monitor and headset, futon bed that is super comfortable and can easily sleep two, cupboard and dresser. There is also a Roku TV with Netflix. Laundry is in the unit once a week. Room windows are large and south-east facing. We have a little dog and she is very friendly. We have a no guests/alcohol/drugs/smoking policy. Because the building is quiet no entry/exit between 11 pm and 5 am. There is a heater. You can ride my bike. Bathroom is shared with one female. Kitchen is shared with two females, you can use our utensils and wash them and put them back. We mostly watch TV in the later afternoon and evening. If the noise disturbs you, you can have the room at the end of the apartment so there is a room between you and the TV in the living room. Room(s): 1.
