Family of four two young kids in 5 bedroom house backing onto west wood plateau golf course. Basement is a two bedroom 1400 area available for rental second bedroom is a gym. Living area and dining table are neatly organized. There is a separate entrance to the basement and a door that separates upstairs for privacy. There is also a private bathroom and tube directly connected to the room. We are looking for independent female students. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Main bedroom) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 2500.00 Monthly House Rules: Prefer quiet time at night. The suite is completely separate so there should be no issue. No smoking inside the building.
