Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom This room is on our main floor and has a very comfy double bed to welcome one guest. It is a very comfortable and bright bedroom. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (2) with Shared bathroom This room is in the main floor. Lots of sunlight. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1180.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Bedroom 3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly House Rules: Welcome to Our Homestay! We’re thrilled to have you here! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules: General Housekeeping - Close & Lock Up:Please ensure windows and doors are closed and locked when leaving your room and the house. - Keep it Clean: Maintain cleanliness in your room and shared spaces. - Quiet Hours: To respect others, please keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 PM. - Visitor Policy: For privacy and security, no visitors are allowed at any time. Bathroom Guidelines - Shower Times: Please refrain from showering between 10 PM and 5 AM. - Time Limit: Keep bath time under 15 minutes as you will be sharing the bathroom. - Personal Supplies: Bring your own body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. - Safety First: Ensure the bathroom floor is dry to prevent slips. - Fan Usage: Please use the fan switch when using the bathroom. If you need assistance, ask Monica for help. Laundry Information - Laundry Days: You can do laundry once a week (day to be confirmed). I’ll show you how to use the facilities and provide detergent. Please take care of your own laundry. Payment Details - Payment Schedule: We require a 50% deposit 14 days before arrival and full payment one week (7 days) before your stay. We prefer PayPal for transactions. Cancellation Policy - Notice Required:Please give us at least 1 week (7 days) notice for cancellations. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this period cannot be refunded. Garbage & Recycling - Sorting Required: We recycle according to Canadian regulations. Please ask Monica for guidance on sorting your waste. - Collection Days: - Compost, Cardboard, Paper, and Plastic:. Collected every Monday. - General Garbage: Collected every second Monday. - Put Out Garbage: Please ensure your garbage is out by 8:00 AM on collection days. Thank you for helping us keep our neighborhood clean! Kitchenette Use - Access: If you wish to use the kitchenette, there’s an additional $50 damage deposit (refunded upon departure if no damage occurs). - Kitchenette Guidelines: The kitchenette is available for preparing simple meals (sandwiches, salads) or reheating food. - Hours of Use: - Breakfast: 7 AM - 9 AM - Lunch: 11:45 AM - 1:15 PM - Dinner: 5 PM - 6:30 PM - Clean Up: Please clean the kitchenette after use. Smoking Policy - Non-Smoking: Your host is a non-smoker, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Thank you for respecting our house rules! We hope you enjoy your stay and feel at home.
