My family of four loves welcoming guest from all over the world. We like offer a home away from home. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 360.00 Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly House Rules: Not smoking is allowed in our home. Please close window(s) doors, turn off light(s) of your room and make sure outdoor door of our home is close and locked when leaving our house. Please turn off all lights when not in use or you ate not in the room. Please keep your room and the bathroom clean at tidy at all times. Please keep quiet after 10 pm. No visitors at any time. Bathroom use: No showers between 10pm - 5 am. Preferably no longer than 10 minutes. You will be sharing the bathroom with other family members, you will need to arrange your shower time with your host family. You will need to provide your own personal items such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. In consideration of others, make sure the floor is dry and the sink and counter are clean before leaving the bathroom. Please get dressed, apply makeup, and style your hair in your room. Laundry Use: Maximum 2 loafs per week - (day to be determined) I will show you how to use the laundry facilities and will provide the washing detergent. You will be expected to take care of your own laundry. Payment Method: Please note that we require 50% payment 20 days before arrival ( 20 days + stay) and full payment one week before arrival - Details will be provided after confirming the booking online. We recommend PayPal as a payment method. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us 2 week (14 days) notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
