Homestay for students

This homestay home is for students between 12-20 years old. Close to Pinetree Secondary School and Douglas College, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We both work in Education sector, so we can help students with their homework and learning needs. We provide nutritious meals with good variety. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Private bathroom This room is a double size bed for 1 person. A big size desk is provided. Capacity: 1 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Private bathroom Queen size bed, desk , chair and a single arm chair. Capacity: 1 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly House Rules: No overnight guests. No shoes in the house. Noise to be kept to a minimum, and no loud noise after 11pm. You are responsible for cleaning up your personal space. Cleaning up public area after use. No drugs (alcohol is ok) Damage Deposit is required.
