Home stay by a golf course

My husband and I have enjoyed having home stay students at our house since 2008. Hope we can continue to do it after the pandemic is end. Our house is by the golf course and surrounded by green nature but is still very convenient for our guests to get to public transportation: 2 bus stops by 3-4 minutes walking, and 10 minutes by bus to sky train Lavarge Lake. I love cooking and my home stay students mostly like their breakfast from Italian sausage omelette to Japanese/Chinese Fried Rice. Room(s): 1. Family Room (Room 1/Walking Out Basement) with Private bathroom Capacity: 4 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room 2) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: YOUR ROOM Please keep your room tidy. Once a week please put the bedding and towels in a basket to have them replaced by the new ones. Bedding and towels need to be washed once a week. You will be responsible to put the clean ones on your bed. BATHROOM 1. Please leave the bathroom clean after each use, including bathtub, mirrors, and counter. 2. Showers/bath should not be taken before 6:00am or after 10:00pm. Please limit showers/bath to 1 per day, 10 minutes in length. LAUNDRY Use of laundry facilities for personal clothing is to be arranged with accommodation providers on an individual basis. Please ask if you do not understand something and wish to discuss it.
