Cozy Coquitlam Home

My home is situated near Coquitlam Centre, and has many walking areas such as Lafarge Lake. Additionally the skytrain is a 15 minute walk to the Lafarge Lake Station. My family speaks English primarily, but Cantonese is also spoken. My family is inclusive of me, my older brother, and parents. The room we are offering is located in the basement, it is one of the two bedrooms downstairs. I occupy the other room. The basement has it's own kitchen, washroom, and living area. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Single Room) with Private bathroom The room has it's own heating, as does all the rooms in the basement. There is a twin bed, desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe, and closet within the room. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 960.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking inside of the outside, can be done in the back or front of the house. Please pick up after yourself, whether it be dishes or garbage. Just basic rules that apply everywhere. Oh, most importantly no shoes in the house!
