We have three bright & beautiful rooms and are looking for homestay students. Available immediately. ABOUT US... - Friendly family with experience working at a local education institute and rich knowledge on local education system and working environment. - Quiet pretty neighborhood close to Coquitlam Town Center Park & Lafarge Lake. - Pinetree Secondary School / Douglas College is 5 mins bus ride. Gleneagles Secondary is 15 mins bus ride. Bus stop (186 on Pipeline Way) is 5 mins walk. Skytrain station is 5 mins bus ride. SFU is 16 mins drive; Downtown Vancouver Is 35 mins drive. - Fully furnished room including bed, pillows, quilt, bed linens, lamp, desk, chair, book shelf, window blinds and closet. - Toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap and other cleaning supplies included. - WIFI provided. - Laundry on site (washer & dryer). - High efficient heating. - We provide 3 healthy meals. - NO SMOKING; NO PETS; - Monthly fee all inclusive: $1,100 - $1,200 ABOUT YOU... - You are a hardworking student, no skipping class. We will give advance notice and get your permission to enter your private room or bathroom to clean the rooms once in 1 month. (If you can keep your room and bathroom tidy and clean, we will be very happy. ) - If you want to leave the country during summer vacation, we will discount price on food.
