Beautiful House!

We are a professional married couple with 2 lovable daughters (ages 5 and 1) in addition to a dedicated live-in nanny. Although we don’t have many opportunities anymore we loved to travel before starting a family. We enjoy the discovery of new people and cultures and would like to make our home available to international homestay students. We live in a beautiful, sunny, and spacious 4,400 square foot home on 3 floors that was recently built in 2013. It is located on a quiet residential street with a covered rear patio that looks across a lovely yard which backs onto a greenbelt consisting of majestic trees and is perfect for picnics, barbecues, games, and camp-outs! It is a short 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop, parks, hiking trails, several shops and restaurants and is a 5 minute drive to the Coquitlam Centre shopping mall, tons of shops and restaurants, grocery stores, and the Town Centre park and sports fields.
