Riverside Homestay

We've been hosting international & Canadian students for 3 years now, we ourselves were students away from home so we understand the new challenges for students having to study away from Families. We appreciate everyone's life story and we're grateful for our own. We love the neighborhood, 5 min to riverside trail and all the water activities in summer like water tubing and kayak, 10 min to town for grocery and restaurants, bus route #57 right in front of the house 10-15 min to Conestoga doon or university of Waterloo architecture. Lower level is semiprivate area with one room for one guest. It’s a big deal to have to find a place to stay so questions are welcomed. Many Blessings Room(s): 1. Single Room (Upper Level Double Bed Bedroom ) with Shared bathroom This double bedroom is about 100 sqft located on the ground level, Bathroom and kitchen shared with host family on a daily basis. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Lower Level Double Bed Bedroom ) with Shared bathroom This room is located in the lower level, about 110 sqft, fully furnished with one twin size bed which can be altered to a queen size bed. Semiprivate bathroom, kitchen dining area, entrance only shared with host family occasionally. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: -Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. -Please keep bathroom and kitchen clean -Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. -Please respect our home but feel comfortable. -Please keep quiet after 10 pm. -Parking can be added for $50/ monthly Amenities: Patio, Internet Access, Laundry, Garden Local Amenities: Beach, Library, Shopping Centre, Fishing, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Bowling, Cinema, Water Sports, Restaurant
