A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $200.00 is required UPON ACCEPTANCE and can only be paid thru WESTERN UNION. Booking is only CONFIRMED when the SECURITY DEPOSIT is received. Twenty five percent(25%) of the TOTAL COST of stay will be deducted if guest FAILS to CANCEL 5 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will only be FULLY REFUNDABLE upon departure if there's no damage incurred during your stay. FULL AMOUNT of the stay should be paid in CASH upon arrival. Check in time is 2:00 PM and check out is 12:00 noon. Since this is a HOME setting, latest time of arrival(during your stay) is 12 midnight on WEEKDAYS(Monday-Thursday and Sunday) and 1:00 AM on WEEKENDS(Friday to Saturday). We don't expect our guest/s to lock up at night for SECURITY REASONS. FOOD NOT INCLUDED but bottled water will be provided. You can expect a clean bedroom, washroom in a SAFE, WELL LIGHTED environment. Accessible to bus stops, Skytrain station, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, parks and library. SHARED washroom with other guest. NO KITCHEN AVAILABLE. NO COOKING ALLOWED. NO LAUNDRY ON SITE. EXCLUSIVE for FEMALE guests only. I will only REPLY to request/s WITH PHOTOS. Your OWN photo. No SMOKING No DRUGS No PARTIES No PETS No VISITORS allowed No SLEEPOVERS No EATING inside the Bedroom/s No TRANSPORT SERVICE available CLEANLINESS is a PRIORITY I will AUTOMATICALLY cancel reservation/s when a guest fails to show up on FIRST day of booking. If guest shows up the next day and wish to rebook, I will still CHARGE the FIRST day on top of the TOTAL booking. If guest decides to CANCEL LAST MINUTE or decides TO MOVE OUT BEFORE THE CHECK OUT DATE, for reasons that was clearly stated in the description(Example: Due to time of arrival at night), the SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE as well as the HOMESTAY FEE for the ENTIRE BOOKING. You have to keep in mind that the room was reserved for you and the host has blocked it off to other potential guests.
