I live in a peaceful cul de sac, nearby walking paths. Close to shopping plaza, beach, downtown, university, schools, two minute walk to bus stop. Have 2 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, a full common use living area, kitchen, laundry and internet included. Room(s): 1. Single Room ( bedroom 1 ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (room 3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly House Rules: Hello and Welcome! I hope you enjoy your stay with us, just wanted to quickly list the house rules. 1.) You will be given a house key that you will be responsible for. 2.) Showers are max. 10 minutes. Showers only, no baths permitted please, there are a lot of people in the house and there won’t be enough hot water 3.) Bedroom, common use area is to be kept clean, please vacuum and mop once a week 4,) Laundry is once a week. (Saturday/Sunday) The laundry machine is the white one in the entertainment room. ?5.) Garbage bins; one is in the bathroom the other in your bedroom. When it is full please take the garbage to outside bin. (Recycle blue bin outside for bottles/cans) 6.)There is a fridge, hot plate, air fryer, toaster, microwave available for your convenience. 7.) Please clean up after yourself, don’t leave garbage around, please wash and put dishes away after you are done eating as a courtesy to others rooming in your shared space The family entertainment room / barn door will be locked by 9pm every night. 10.) No smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol is permitted in the house11.) No shoes allowed inside the house. indoor slippers ok 12.) No guests permitted inside the house without consent. 13.) When leaving home, please ensure doors locked, lights are turned off, electronics are unplugged ( flat iron, hair dryer, electrical shavers, etc…) Amenities: Internet Access, Laundry, Garden Local Amenities: Beach, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Park
