We are 5 minutes walk to Tim Hortons, cafe and 10 minutes walk to Walmart, Royal City Center Mall, New West Library, gym and much more! We are close to New West High School, Byrne Creek Secondary, BCIT, SFU, Douglas College, FIC, Language School, Edmond Skytrain Station, Burnaby South, Byrne Creek Community School, Cariboo Hill Secondary School, and private school St. Thomas More Collegiate We are also close to Library, Swimming Pool, Park, Basketball Court, Mall, Restaurants, Bank, Supermarkets and etc. The room is a beautiful one bedroom with a queen size bed. It has lots of light and space. Large window and private bathroom for comfortable, luxurious and private stay. Check outside shoes by the front door. Wear indoor slippers -Please don’t flush anything else down the toilet, including feminine products. Use the garbage bin available in your bathroom. If you need bins or bags, we can get you more -Turn off all electronics and lights when you are out. This protects against power surge with appliances when you are not home -Remove garbage and recyclable from room at the end of your stay to the designated area outside the house. The blue bin is recyclable (all plastic container, bottles, and etc.). Yellow bag is for paper products. Grey bin is glass and the black bin is garbage -Laundry is one load per week and please bring your own washer detergent. Dryer is not available at this time. -Please use care and love with everything in the room and around the house.
