Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend? We have a total of 12 rooms, with a mix of twin share, private single or private double layouts to suit every preference and budget. Yes, each room is equipped with a desk and chair to provide a comfortable workspace. Additionally, we have common areas designed for collaboration and focus, ensuring you can work effectively while being part of our vibrant community. We prefer our leases to be for a minimum of 2 weeks but shorter stays are also available. You are welcome to stay for as long as you like! We take a deposit equivalent to 2 weeks rent on arrival. Street parking is readily available on Fern Place otherwise we have several secure parking spots for $70 per week. We have a coin operated washing machine and dryer from just $3 per cycle. There are also communal ironing equipment available to keep you looking sharp. Yes. We ask you keep the communal kitchen, lounge, and your personal space clean and hygienic. We can arrange professional cleaning super cheap if you’re short of time. All guests have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Guests are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. Although we love all the pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.
