Spare room available in family home with myself (mid 40s female from New Zealand), my daughter (10 year old) and 2 friendly cats. No child minding or baby sitting is required however we would love to welcome you into our family during your stay if that's what you'd like. Home is walking distance to bus services with bus service available to closest train stations of Epping or Mernda. $250 includes all meals, internet and bills. You would be welcome to share use of bicycle and home gym equipment. Room(s): 1.
