Inside our coliving space, you'll find an ensuite, TV plus fully equipped kitchenette with appliances. All bills, WIFI, linen, and coffee are included. You need to bring toiletries and clothes! This coliving also has superb social spaces, with extra kitchen and outdoor space. Our little community is perfect for singles or couples. We offer 2 types of studios: Urban Balcony studios start at 26m² with private balconies. In all studios, you’ll have the privacy of your own ensuite and kitchenette. Urban Balcony Plus studios have all the Urban Balcony features, with a slightly larger space of 33m² and the option of either a King-sized bed or two single-sized beds. Enjoy the privacy of your own ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. We welcome people of all ages, as long as they have the right mindset! We love residents who are willing to get involved in the social activities when they can, but we also respect privacy when required!
