RENT $695 AUD per week, all bills included. Electricity, water and unlimited WiFi are included. CONTRACT TAKEOVER This is an official Iglu contract takeover, not a sublet. The replacement resident must be a student and must meet Iglu eligibility requirements. The contract takeover will be organised and approved directly through Iglu. The studio is available from 10 November 2026 and the current contract runs until 11 February 2027.
