A fully furnished 3 bedroom townhouse situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Walking distance to the bus stops and 2 minutes drive to Varsity train station. Very close to Easy T Centre, Robina Town Centre, Aldi, restaurants and also Bond University. The kitchen is accessible for you to use and rent is inclusive of water, electricity and internet. You will be sharing the house with two other international students from Japan and Taiwan. Both are friendly and mind their own business. I have a cat named Rosie so someone who doesn't mind a pet is more welcome as she will be residing in the property. Cleanliness is a must in the house as the two existing tenants adhere to scheduled cleaning routine and the same is expected from the third person. I am still residing in the property at the moment and there will be a different bed for the future tenant. Send me a message if interested. Short term rental is welcome but long term is preferred.
