We are a small family, with one toddler. We are from the Philippines and would love to share our culture while learning other cultures as well.We also love to cook. I am working full time and my wife is part time working from home. We are both in the IT industry. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 975.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 975.00 Monthly House Rules: Aside from no smoking, alcoholic drinks are not allowed. Drugs (in any form) is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. This should be automatic but we will mention it anyway. We don't drink nor smoke. Student Guest/Guest is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their toilet and bath even if I will be cleaning the toilet every weekend.
