I have 2 rooms available for my guests. One is master bedroom with king size bad, ensuite, TV and walk in robe, suitable for 2 people. The other room is with queen size bad and separate bathroom, suitable for one or 2 people. There are 2 people living in the house, myself and my husband. My house is 6 km away from City Centre, bus stop is 100m away. Light breakfast is included in the price, lunch and dinner are additional, and available on request for additional charge. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Private bathroom This room is on the first floor with queen size bed and wardrobe. Bathroom is next to the room and is exclusive guests' use. This room can be used by one or two guests. Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Master bedroom with ensuite and WIR) with Ensuite bathroom This room is large master bedroom and has walk in robe and ensuite. Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Guests are required to clean their own rooms. I provide clean bedding once a week.
