We live in a cosy, but comfortable 3 bedroom unit within a few minutes walk to the train station, and main shopping centre. The unit is in a full security building which is kept very clean and tidy. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Single Room) with Shared bathroom Good size room, has large built in wardrobe. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1110.00 Monthly House Rules: Please lock the front door when leaving and entering the unit. Please keep the kitchen clean and tidy after use and put away all plates, bowls, cutlery etc away after washing them up. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Please let us know in advance if you are bring any friends over.
