I live in Merrylands a wester suburb of Sydney australia with my wife in a two bedroom apartment, would like to accommodate a Higher school, Collage or university student can be mail or female, will provide own room with all amenity including breakfast and free wifi internet. Prefer under 20 years of age Our residence is close to train station and bus stop , also 5 minutes to shopping centre and mall. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Ideal student room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep noise down after midnight however, no eating in bedroom, may use kitchen at any time provide cleaning after use. non smoking in apartment no drugs and excessive drink, must be clean and tidy. Will be treated like a family member.
