The block contains 13 self-contained studio units and just a short 10-15 minute bus ride to the heart of Sydney CBD. These nicely appointed apartments are well furnished, have fully equipped kitchenettes and with the exception of 2 units, have private ensuite bathrooms. A spacious common lounge that offers FOXTEL and a communal BBQ area in the rear courtyard offer the chance to socialise and mingle with other residents of the block. Please note that, in order for your booking to be confirmed, we will need you to complete some steps up to 3 days after we get in contact with you, otherwise your booking may get automatically cancelled. These requirements will include to fill in an application form and the advanced payment of the deposit.
