Flex: Our award winning 16m² flex room featuring our signature platform bed, with the adaptable smart furniture and innovative design. Keep the furniture hidden away or move around as you see fit and live the way you want. You’ll find your own private ensuite and kitchenette in this intelligently designed use of space. Plus Studio: These 25m² studios come with all the same cleverly designed benefits and innovative design as the other rooms with more space and storage – enough room for 2 people. Your Plus room has all of the creature comforts of a private studio with your own ensuite and kitchenette. Murphy: Our 16m² Murphy rooms are really unique! These murphy beds have been custom-built for both ease and comfort. These rooms are so adaptable, you can decide whether to keep the bed down or easily tuck it away for when you have friends over or when you need more space. In this studio, you’ll also find your own ensuite and kitchenette. We welcome people of all ages, as long as they have the right mind set! We love residents who are willing to get involved in the social activities when they can but we also respect privacy when required!
