Manly Sydney quiet large&small room

We live in Balgowlah Heights and have a beautiful Queen bedroom and a separate single bedroom available with their own bathroom and living space. These accommodations can be booked individually or by whole apartment arrangements at varying amounts.The Queen room can also be configured into a twin share or a 3 share with an additional single bed both at an additional cost . A perfect arrangement for couples, families and single people.We only host non-smoking guests and we have no pets or children living with us. We are a 2min walk from the bus stop with buses directly to Sydney (30min journey) or directly to Manly Beach (7min journey). We have been hosting guests from all over the world for 3 years and enjoy meeting new people. Our guests rooms are at the end of the house together with your private bathroom and living room. The rooms open out on to a rear garden and deck area and is quiet and homely. We do our best to make you feel settled and help with advise etc on how to enjoy the beautiful city we live in if you wish. Room(s): 1. Triple Room (Queen bedroom Twin room or 3 share large room with lots of natural light) with Private bathroom This room is a large Queen bedroom with an additional single bed it is private overlooking the garden with large windows capturing a lot of sunshine. With large fitted wardrobes, a desk, chair. Unlimited WIFI available at $15.00 a week. Capacity: 3 Rates: 820.00 Weekly / 3400.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Single Person room) with Private bathroom This room is compact with a large desk and fitted wardrobe storage. Very private room. Capacity: 1 Rates: 380.00 Weekly / 1690.00 Monthly House Rules: Sorry we don't cater for smokers and we appreciate quiet, clean and tidy guests.
