Our place is approx 7 minutes walk from train station, shops. It takes approx 43 minutes to Sydney CBD, 9 minutes to MQ Uni and 11 minutes to Hornsby. We may have other guests from time to time. For shopping: Woolworths (open till 10pm) at Beecroft shopping centre is about 7 min walk. Harris Farm famous for fresh fruit and veggies is located in Pennant Hills (one Station away north) Aldi known for reasonable prices are located in Thornleigh (2 stations away north) or MQ shopping centre (3 stations away towards Chatswood). MQ shopping centre has just about every kind of shops. I am very flexible with arrangement. *** IMPORTANT NOTE: we require a minimum stay of 14 nights Room(s): 1. Single Room (Private Room 4 (14 nights minimum stay)) with Shared bathroom This room is next to Br3 and shares the same bathroom and meal prep area with guest of Br3. Br3 and Br4 is in a unit converted from a garage, separated from the main house with its own entry Capacity: 1 Rates: 220.00 Weekly / 780.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Private Room 2 (14 nights minimum stay)) with Shared bathroom art deco, clean, quiet, single bed ,wifi, TV antenna socket, Share kitchen/bathroom with 1 other guest room (BR1) Br1 and Br2 are in front part of the main house with own entry and is divided from the back part of the house by a door in the hallway. Capacity: 1 Rates: 220.00 Weekly / 840.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Private Room 3 (14 nights minimum stay)) with Shared bathroom This room is currently not available Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 780.00 Monthly House Rules: Payment is to be made prior to moving in. keep noise to minimum after 11pm. clean up after you use facilities (kitchen, bathroom, etc). IMPORTANT: FLOOR NEEDS TO BE KEPT DRY. PLEASE MOP THE FLOOR OF COMMON AREA IF IT IS WET AFTER YOUR USE!!! Seal all your food items. Place food in fridge or well sealed in containers, jars. we don't use chemicals to control pests, so we expect everyone to make sure that no food scraps are left as temptation to mice, rats, roaches etc Respect other guests Additional Info: this is a great learning environment and is particularly suitable for students, high school.
